If you have a valid disabled parking permit, you can order a disabled ticket online.
When making your booking, you must select “Disabled” under transport type.
What is included in a disabled ticket?
A disabled ticket allows you to travel at a special price if you meet the conditions.
The ticket is valid for:
- A car up to 2.95 metres (you may also have a trailer)
- Up to 2 persons, including the driver
- A journey that is valid for up to 3 months from the original departure date
If there are more than 2 persons, extra passengers must be paid for separately.
Parking close to the lift
If you need to park close to the lift, you can contact us and we will try to reserve a space for you.

Important:
If you have reserved a space close to the lift, you must be checked in at least 30 minutes before departure.
Assistance with boarding
If you need help getting on or off, you can receive free assistance from our staff.
To ensure we can assist you as best as possible, you must book assistance at least 48 hours before departure by contacting us on +45 70 900 100.
