When you use PayZapp, the payment happens automatically as soon as you go through check-in. The system recognises your number plate and deducts the amount from the payment card you have linked.
When the payment does not go through
If the payment cannot be completed, it is almost always due to an invalid or expired payment card. You can update your card details yourself in the app or on our website. Once the new card is added, PayZapp works again immediately. In addition, you can always view your previous payments and travel history digitally, so you have full oversight of your journeys.
Changing payment card and number plate
If you change your payment card, simply update it on your profile. If you change car or number plate, remember to update this as well, as it is the number plate that ensures PayZapp can register your journey at check-in.
