PayZapp can be used as a payment method for several commuter products. When you link PayZapp to a commuter agreement, the system automatically handles the payment each time you travel, so you can set off without having to think about the payment process. PayZapp does not change the terms of your commuter agreements. It is simply an easier way to pay, allowing you to head towards the ferry without unnecessary stops.
If a payment is missing
If the payment card expires or is declined, the commuter agreement will be temporarily deactivated. When you update the payment card in the app or on the web, the agreement will automatically become active again. You do not need to create anything anew, and you will quickly be back on track without losing access to your journeys.
